George and I had to drive south this weekend towards Berkshire, so we thought we'd make a little stop at Hughenden Manor, a National Trust owned property in Buckinghamshire.
The weather was playing nice so we took a walk in the countryside around the grounds, to build up our appetite for lunch. Which we certainly did as it was quite steep in parts!
Once back at the house we explored the lawns and gardens.
The topiary is quite impressive, far better than my gardening skills.
I'm so glad the weather is turning warm and we can get out exploring more.
And spend more time in our own garden too!
